We work both on and behind the stage: backline, lighting, and sound. In these areas, we empower those who are underrepresented — for a more diverse and inclusive tech industry.
Changeover envisions an event and multimedia technology sector where everyone has equal opportunities. To help achieve this, we organize workshops and networking events for women, intersex, non-binary, trans, and agender people. At our events, participants can ask technical questions, network, and find a supportive community. We welcome people at all stages of their careers — from those just starting out to seasoned professionals with many years of experience in technical roles.
Changeover is committed to diversity and equality. This means that we aim to empower not only women, but all genders that are underrepresented or do not conform to the majority norm. This includes intersex, non-binary, trans, and agender people alongside women. Our goal is not to exclude men, but to create a strong network for all other genders. In doing so, we see ourselves as allies in the effort to make event technology more accessible and free from inequality.
