Workshop Backline:
from cases to stages
Setting up drums, changing guitar strings, calculating ohm ratings for bass rigs, doing line checks, planning a tour casing, assembling cable looms, figuring out tour logistics, handing out music stand lights, or overseeing a small stage setup change during a gig — managing the backline for a band or local production is as versatile as it is varied.
This workshop is open to all FINTA members who have a passion for instruments — whether or not you have experience with professional backline gear, and whether or not you’ve “only” accompanied your friends’ band once.
Thanks to the generous collaboration with The Swiss Cheese & Chocolate Backline Ltd., we’re holding this backline workshop exclusively at their warehouse in Zofingen. The facility houses Switzerland’s largest and most unique collection of professional rental backline equipment, and we have virtually unlimited access to the available gear.
